Ingredients

  1. 1 (6 ounce) container low-fat strawberry yogurt
  2. ¾ cup low-fat milk
  3. ½ cup frozen strawberries
  4. ¼ cup ground oats
  5. 1 teaspoon flax seed meal
  6. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, milk, strawberries, oats, flax, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.

This was a great evening snack. I only had vanilla yogurt but, everything else was there. It was very tasty and easy to put together. Will definitely make this again.

Had some frozen strawberries that needed to be used up and raspberry yogurt. Excellent!

A delicious breakfast this morning! It might not have been necessary, but I ground the oats a little first. I subbed unsweetened almond milk for the low-fat milk (which I assumed meant skim) and I used Chobani non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt. Then I added everything else. Smooth and creamy!
