This very yummy but I had to substitute lemon marmalade cause I didn’t have orange but I will make this a nice side dish when I have sweet potatoes.
Best sweet potatoes I ever had! Make extra, they were even better the next day. Followed the recipe exactly but may have used more nutmeg, not sure.
Absolutely delicious! quick and easy! yum! :
Wonderful. A little leary, but went for it. They really were great. I don’t really like sweet potatoes so I thought this might get me to eat them more sincve they are so healthy. Glad I did!!
My husband was worried. He was suspicious of the ingredients. I kept saying “Rachel said to trust her”. I did. She was right. The buttermilk, marmalade, hot sauce and brown sugar work.
They are really good. I am usually just butter and S&P for sweet potatoes and I hate the sweet stuff at Thanksgiving. These are different. Try ’em. You can play around with the amounts to taste.
