Thought these fries were quite good! Will definitely make them again.
Fabulous recipe. Very different and delicious taste. This recipe has become one of my favorites and I make it often! Not crispy if you bake according to directions but that is an easy fix.
They tasted really great, but they did not get crispy. Next time I will fry them in a skillet and see if I can’t crisp them up some.
Very tasty! I increased heat to 425 degrees to get them crunchy. Also, I only used on sweet potato so I cut the chili pepper ingredient in half.
A little too sweet for me but delicious none the less
Love making these “healthy” sweet potato fries. My family loves to dip them into a sauce called HOT SQUEEZE. It’s a perfect taste with the sweet potatoes!
Great flavor, better than regular fries, and healty too! They also take about 5 minutes to prepare. I’ve always used olive oil instead of canola and they still turn out perfectly crispy. I’ve made them so many times, thought I’d write a review for once so people know to try it 🙂
These sweet potatoe fries are wonderful… The seasoning is very good… I will certainly be making them again soon….. Thank you, Sandra Lee for another great recipe…
They had a good texture. I also loved the seasoning. It’s so weird, chilli flavor and pumpkin pie flavor together, but it works. 🙂
I was out of pumpkin pie spice so I used cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of sugar instead. They were tasty and a good side, it was a nice change from traditional potato.
