This dish for roasted frozen okra is quite simple. As a working mom of a toddler and a full-time employee, I am constantly looking for quick and wholesome dishes. This recipe includes turmeric, ginger, and curry spices. It comes together so easily and works out beautifully. What I enjoy about this dish is that the slime disappears when the okra is roasted. You don’t need to keep an eye on it. It only has to be baked for it to be finished.
