This is delicious and so very easy.
It was delicious…agree w previous reviews – needs 24 hours before serving!
Make ahead! I tasted it right after making it and almost threw it out. After chilling for 24 hours, it was good enough to serve.
My new favorite dip! I use sun dried tomatoes without oil, Greek yoghurt and just very little salt.
Been making this for years and it’s DELICIOUS!! Easy, fast..
This dip is amazing! I added a couple tablespoons more sun-dried tomatoes and some fresh thyme. So good!
This has been a family party staple for years now! I’ve made it with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it turns out great. Only recommendation I have is to use sun dried tomatoes packaged in a bag instead of in oil. I find the oil separates in the dip.
Absolutely wonderful! I halved the amount of salt, 1.5 times the amount of tomatoes and omitted the hot sauce. Served it on sourdough baguette slices. If I’d had time I’d have brushed them with olive oil and toasted them. The whole recipe took 5 min. to whiz up in the food processor!
Very easy and crowd-pleasing! Yum!
Amazing dip! The flavors are perfect, and you can change up the amounts to give a greater tomato flavor, heat level, etc. I love to omit the salt and add capers rather than scallions- it adds a lovely briney taste that tempers the richness of the creamy texture.
