Ingredients

  1. 1 cup hot water
  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
  4. Wheat beer or lager, for serving

Instructions

  1. To a pitcher, add the hot water and sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the lemon juice and 3 cups cold water and stir to combine. Freeze into ice cubes.
  2. To serve: fill each glass with lemonade ice cubes. Tilt the glasses, fill with beer and serve.
