I had some leftover salmon and was looking for a great way to use it and this was it! Delicious light summer for summer. So easy. Perfect.
veganaise for dressing, no strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, gravlax with dill
This was certainly a different tasting salad!! And definitely good for me. It’s a dish that will take a bit of getting used to but I know I’ll keep making it. Perhaps some slightly over rippened pineapple chunks would add some sweetness.
I love adding salmon to salads & thought it was very refreshing with the fruit. I will definitely make this again!
I used smoked salmon because that’s what I had. This is a wonderful lunch/dinner meal. Quick and very easy.
You can add bbq chicken or tenderloin, let it cool down to room temperature.
Easy to make and delicious! Added blueberries as well.
A delightfully refreshing salad for a hot summer night! I fixed it last evening for my family, and everybody loved it.
Best salad ever. I added blueberries too. My whole family loved it.
Loved it. So refreshing and easy to make. Will make it again. Great for the summer months.
I used pears, mango as the fruit. I will make it again.
Sadly, I did not take a pic but this is SO fantastic! Love the fresh tastes!!
My wife and daughter loved it! Also added a few slivered almonds that I had around. Will think about offering a different dressing–liked the champagne dressing idea someone else posted.
It is berry season right now where we live and I had a large piece of grilled salmon leftover from dinner a few nights ago. This was the perfect summertime recipe. I added a small amount of fresh cucumber and tomato from our garden. This was refreshing and filling. The sweet flavors of the berries with the tanginess of the dressing was super good. I would make this again! If you aren’t salmon lovers, I believe this would be very good with leftover grilled boneless chicken too!
Great, light salad for summer! Didn’t change a thing in the recipe.
Very easy, refreshing meal.
fabulous Few modifications 1. Season the salmon 2. Added some mini seasoned shrimp 3. Added pears 4. Used Champaign salad dressing instead – perfect combo.
Delicious and healthy summer salad.
Will make it again and try it with chicken too!
Yummo!
Loved it!! So easy and refreshing. Even the teenage children liked it. Will certainly make again.
