Easy, only blanched 2 minutes which was plenty. Delicious and fresh.

Very good.  I blanched mine for 4 min. They were crisp and delicious

I should have reviewed this earlier.  I have been adding this to family and party menus for years, and it’s always a winner.  The only thing I do differently is that I salt peas lightly just before serving.  My guest always love it.  It’s so fresh and green!

Even better the next day…

I combined this recipe with another one that incorporates radishes and cucumbers with the snap peas and the result was awesome! Best salad I’ve had in a long time. The sesame oil and seeds give the salad such a great taste. The other recipe can be found here:

Delicious!! And, this recipe works great with green beans, too! I also second the comments on 3-4 minutes boiling, instead of 5.

Excellent!!! So easy and fast. Next time I’ll cook them for 4 minutes rather than 5. I used white sesame seeds because that’s what I had in the house. Will definitely make this one again.
