Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups half-and-half
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute (such as Swerve®)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free pumpkin flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Combine half-and-half, pumpkin, brown sugar substitute, syrup, and pumpkin spice in a saucepan. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly warmed, 6 to 7 minutes. Do not boil.
- I make mine sugar free by using Brown Swerve(R) but feel free to use regular brown sugar.
