Strawberry Saketini

One of my favorite sushi restaurants in New York City is BondST. They have a saketini on their drink menu that inspired this cocktail. You can use regular strawberries as well for the garnish, but if you can find omakase berries, it makes for an extra spectacular experience.

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 1/2 ounces vodka, such as Grey Goose
  3. 1/2 ounce sake
  4. 1/2 ounce strawberry liqueur
  5. 1 Omakase berry or strawberry

Instructions

  1. To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, sake and strawberry liqueur. Shake a few times until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the berry on the side of the glass.
