Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tablespoons half-and-half
  2. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  4. 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted

Instructions

  1. Add the half-and-half and lemon juice to the jam in the jam jar (or combine them in a jar with a lid). Stir to combine. Add the confectioners’ sugar, cover with the lid and shake until a uniform, pourable consistency.
  2. Serve drizzled over your favorite Bundt or pound cake.

This glaze saved me from throwing a beautiful batch of peanut butter and jelly bars in the garbage. I did not put enough jelly in the bars and they were so dry. This glaze on top of the bars was my saving grace. Thank you

This glaze was so simple and easy. I chose to drizzle it over angel food cake w/ fresh strawberries. My family loved it!
