Ingredients
- 6 slices pineapple
- 3 ounces filtered water
- 1 banana, peeled
- 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1-ounce wheatgrass juice
Instructions
- Juice the pineapple first. Add the filtered water to flush the juice through. Put the pineapple juice in the blender with the banana. Start on a low setting while you add the strawberries. Pour into a tall glass. Pour the wheatgrass into the glass. Enjoy.

This is so easy and yet so tasty. I also used peach and was just as good. This is one you don’t need to pull the recipe out,. Easy to remember. This is an al around one for me.
