This was super yummy! My husband and daughter both said it was perfect! I agree, it was the perfect combination of sweet and tart, a perfect dessert! We served it with a dollop of whipped cream. It would be equally delicious with ice cream! We’ll definitely be adding it to our dessert rotation.
My 1 lb of strawberries yielded only 2 1/2 cups. Consequently it was a bit on the sweet side. I baked it in an 9 x 9 dish. It would not have been enough to cover a 9 x 13 dish. The crumble was chewy in some parts but otherwise an easy, quick and tasty cobbler.
This was very good! I made it for Mother’s Day because my mother loves strawberries. It was very easy to make. My only tweaks would be to use a little less cinnamon than the recipe calls for. We served it over vanilla ice cream. Yum!
