Reviews
Superb milkshake. The basil was very complimentary to the strawberries. I doubled the recipe. Three cups of strawberry ice cream and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. I used 2 large leaves of sweet basil in the blender. I added one chopped leaf of red basil to the strawberry syrup (1/2c of smashed strawberries, 1/4c sugar, 1/4c water; bring to boil then simmer until thicken).
