Spicy Yogurt and Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  3. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely minced
  4. 1 tablespoon finely minced lime zest plus 1/4 cup lime juice
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin, toasted
  6. 1/2 serrano chile, finely minced
  7. Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  8. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, cilantro, lime zest and juice, cumin and serrano chile in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil.

They incorrectly stated that there are no carbs in buttermilk. There are 12 carbs/cup. But this recipe looks worth trying.
