Ingredients
- 2 Haas avocados, halved, pitted, and diced in shell
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mash the avocados with a fork and combine with the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Delish! Duh! It’s a Bobby Flay recipe!!
This is just like my guacamole except I put in about 1/2 plum tomato and use about half the cilantro so it is not as spicy. I am sure this would compete with mine at the snack table.
