Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients

  1. 2 Haas avocados, halved, pitted, and diced in shell
  2. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  4. 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  5. Juice of 1 lime
  6. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork and combine with the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.

This is just like my guacamole except I put in about 1/2 plum tomato and use about half the cilantro so it is not as spicy. I am sure this would compete with mine at the snack table.
