Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- salt as needed
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or more to taste
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Fill a deep pan with water and bring to a boil. Add corn and salt and cook until corn is tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add boiled corn, lemon juice, garam masala, chaat masala, chili powder, and salt and cook until corn turns light brown in color, about 5 minutes

Really good, it was hard to stop eating it! The seasonings are perfect and you could serve this with all sorts of dishes. It took about 2 large ears of corn to make up 2 cups worth.
