Absolutley delish
Excellent recipe.
I used 3 small leftover baked sweet potatoes and a large can of drained sweet potatoes. I’m not crazy about nutmeg, so I only used a tiny bit. I added extra vanilla and cut the sugar to 1 cup.It took longer than an hour to cook. I had to turn the oven up to 400 degrees to get the pastry brown. The pie was very good. These are my first sweet potato pies!
It was. An easy recipe to make. Let’s see how it tastes!
Added some cinnamon in it too. I even added an extra tablespoon of vanilla. Also because this requires 2 cups of sugar I didn’t throw it all in at once I poured, stirred, poured some more, stirred some more, to gradually blend the sugar in better. Love the results came out amazing!
This recipe is so amazingly easy!!! The only change I made is like everyone else I added a little cinnamon to the mixture. But I also changed the sugar amount. I have a lot of diabetics in my family so I do one cup of sugar and half cup of brown sugar. It’s still super delicious!!!
I made this using the exact same ingredients but with a different amount of measurements for a serving size of 6 pies. It looks good and taste great!
I made this for the first time on thanksgiving. I followed the exact recipe. Everyone loved it !!!!!!! I even had a request to make another. Will be using this from now on. Thank you
As is. No alterations.
YES I used brown and white sugars. Half brown half white. And the compliments have wonderful!!
Instead of evaporated milk I had used eggnog.
Easy quick prep. Pretty fool proof and quite tasty. Reccomend real sweet cream butter not spread or margarine.
Marvelous! Love it!
No additional changes made and I will surely make it again
I cook to taste. I added extra brown sugar and real butter. I also used GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Seems watery but looks fantastic! Also the time allotted for sweet potatoes did seem to undercook them
I loved the recipe. I added sugar, (as suggested as an option). I will make this again. Thank you!
The pies came out So good
I love this recipe,I made it for my family and it turned out great ?? very easy to follow instructions and delicious recipe!
No changes will make again
