Ingredients

  1. 1 pound baby Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
  2. 4 smoked sausage links, sliced
  3. 1 yellow squash, finely chopped
  4. 1 large onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 orange bell pepper, finely chopped
  6. 1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  7. 4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  8. ½ teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry’s®), or to taste
  9. ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  10. 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine potatoes, sausage, squash, onion, bell peppers, butter, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a 9×13-inch glass baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are soft, about 30 minutes.
