These homemade marshmallows taste great. You can mix a few drops of food coloring with the vanilla if you’d like.

Ingredients
- 4 large bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed, trimmed of fat
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
- 1 ½ (16 ounce) packages (4-pack) whole wheat hamburger buns, split
Instructions
- Place chicken in a slow cooker and pour barbecue sauce over top.
- Cover and cook on Low until chicken is tender and can easily be pulled apart with a fork.
- Remove chicken breasts from the slow cooker. Separate meat and bones; discard bones. Shred chicken with a fork.
- Place chicken on buns with some extra sauce from the slow cooker.
- Williamson Bros® Bar-B-Q sauce is my favorite. If you want a spicier BBQ, add a little cayenne to give it a kick.
- For the folks that don’t like wheat bread, try these with potato buns or even plain white Sunbeam® bread is delicious.
