I’ve been making this one for years to rave reviews. Even with a small household of one adult and one kid, I make the full recipe and either freeze one of the foil-wrapped bundles in the roll tray or just bake it up a few days later. I tried it with the butter-flavored Hawaiian rolls and was surprised to find that the sweetness of the original-flavored ones is much preferred. There’s a little discrepancy in the onion soup mix amount. The recipe calls for 1.25 oz but currently the Lipton envelopes contain just under an ounce. The only reason I know that is bc I buy the mix in bulk and weigh it out for recipes. If I were using envelopes, I’d either open another and use some or all of it or supplement with some finely chopped or even dried onions as well as some onion powder.

Enjoyed these. Followed the recipe, very good. Thank you Minnesota Girl.

I’ve been making this recipe for years. Best ever!! The only thing I do differently is assemble the burgers, spray tops with butter flavored cooking spray, sprinkle a little garlic powder on top and wrap individually in foil and put them in the oven. I get people placing orders they love them so much.

I reduced the beef to 1 lb, as I didn’t have enough buns. However, I didn’t reduce the other ingredients. Very tasty and seasoned perfect. Personally, I think 2 lb of burger would lend to a bland taste.

This recipe is good as is, but I kicked it up a couple of notches. I added an onion to the ground beef. I added 2T of Ketchup and 1T of mustard to the mayonnaise. After I put them together I melted a quarter cup of butter and brushed it over the tops of the rolls and then sprinkled sesame seeds over the tops of the rolls. Everything else I did according to the recipe. I will definitely make again.

I am mainly posting for the ingenious method. I made mine with ground turkey, a spoonful of onion soup, dash of Worcestershire sauce and Italian cheese mix, less mayo, but I wouldn’t hesitate to try the beef version. A single widow, I made 1/2 batch and split it with my neighbors just because it was so intriguing.

Tasty. I cut the recipe in 1/2. I did use the whole packet of onion soup. I did follow the rest of the recipe as written. I gave a 4 because the bottom of the slider buns were hard. Next time I will only bake for 15minutes instead of 30. Yes, reminded us of White Castles, but so much better. We had 3 each.

These were so yummy and easy. I love that these aren’t made with patties, yet they totally hold up in the little buns. Don’t be afraid of the mayo; it really isn’t overpowering and lends a richness to the meat mixture. I did use cookin4therapy’s bun sauce, though I used less and wish I would have have slathered it on (especially on the insides of the bun). Fantastic recipe and so happy to have found it! It will be perfect to bring to a party! Bun sauce: 2 tbsp minced onion flakes, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Mustard (not the regular yellow), 1/2 cup melted butter. You melt these together and brush on top of the buns just before you put in the oven to bake.

I followed the recipe, and they were okay. Not bad, not great.

My family loves this recipe. I always use the topping mixture in the review by cookin4therapy, really adds a lot of flavor. We try to watch our sodium levels and prepackaged soup mix has a lot. I use a homemade soup mix from this sight “Dry Onion Soup Mix” by Faye Watkins. I use HerbOx sodium free beef bouillon to make the onion soup mix and my family really enjoys these sliders.

Very easy and very good! I have learned to do the following: 1) I eliminate the cooking spray and use foil lined with parchment paper. 2) Cut the rolls apart prior to loading meat onto them, otherwise they are hard to pull apart and break.

This is a great recipe, so easy to make and such great flavors, I only made a half batch and that was plenty for the 4 of us with leftovers, I added some crumbled up bacon on top before baking, we will definitely be making these again

My husband has made these several times for our Bible Study group and they are definitely a FAVORITE! He’s had requests to bring them again! Perfect for any occasion, even a quick dinner during the week! Would recommend this recipe over and over! Thank you for sharing!

Enjoyed this. Used sub buns. Substituted sour cream for mayo.

I did made this back in May and I never had the chance to write a review for it. I made this as a new dinner recipe and for this having a lot of sliders to make, I’m surprised it was simple! Like always, my family enjoyed it and hopes I can make it again sometime lol! If your looking for a slider recipe that’s both easy and quick, this will be the recipe I recommend!

It was very tasty. My husband really enjoyed it. He gets a little nervous with new recipes that I try. This one was a hit.
