Skinny Vegan Coffee Shake

This recipe, which is excellent when you need a pick-me-up boost, was sent to me by a friend. Contains a few of my favorite ingredients, including coffee, bananas, and peanut butter. In addition to being delicious, it is also vegan, high in protein, and low in calories.

Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup soy milk
  2. ¼ cup brewed coffee, cooled
  3. ½ medium banana, frozen
  4. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  5. 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  6. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder
  8. 5 to 6 ice cubes, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine soy milk, coffee, banana, peanut butter, coffee granules, vanilla, stevia powder, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Any plant-based milk can be used instead of soy milk.
