I was raised on this tomatillo sauce. It can be used as a dipping sauce for chips, a marinade for grilled chicken, fish, or shrimp, and as the foundation sauce for green chilaquiles. Delicioso!

Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), minced
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix onion, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until smooth.

Haven’t had a lot of Indian food, so have never had this before. I served this over grilled pork tenderloin and onion kebabs, and although quite pungent, we did enjoy it.
