This is a novel coleslaw recipe that is very popular. It is based on a recipe I discovered in a cookbook, but I discovered it was much easier to make this way, and others also appeared to enjoy it more.

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 dried red chili pepper, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Crush peanuts, chili powder, red chile pepper, cumin seeds, and salt with a mortar and pestle until fine and powdery.
- You can also use a spice grinder to prepare the chutney.
