I absolutely love this low carb sangria!!! What’s even better, is that I have served it to others who loved it, and they had no idea it was low carb until I told them! I make this repeatedly and will continue to drink them and serve them!

Are you sure this is low carb? Really tasty! I thought you guys were crazy rating it so high because I tasted it after mixing before chilling. Not impressed. Took it out tonight for a taste and…yummy! All of the flavors melded and it is awesome!

I found this the perfect drink for a summer party. I served it to several friends, only a few of whom were low carb afficianados…they ALL loved it.

tried the recipe for my husband.he likes burgandy wine. I am not much of a wine drinker.I thought it had a strong after taste.so i made it again with zinfedal wine, tasted a little better.also diet free tang has aspertane which i am weary about .so i used unsweetend orange kool aid instead.

This is a good, light low carb option for sangria. Not too sweet, not too tart. Everyone should remember that low carb is a LIFESTYLE, not just a weight loss plan – after the weight goes away, this is a nice, occasional, treat.

I’ve never had sangria and only heard bad things about it until I saw George make this. If you like red wines this is a perfect recipe to give you a little alternative. It’s not too sweet and it’s super easy to make!

These sangrias were outstanding.

This is a fast and easy Sangria recipe that is truly yummy! I did feel that it was better when I increased the club soda to 3 cups – a little more sparkle! But the secret is the Tang – who’d have thought it!!

I thought this was a tasty drink! I’ve added a link to the Atkins site which discusses alchol– you can have it in a low carb lifestyle but need to be careful with it. http://atkins.com/Archive/2003/12/8-440390.html
