Simple yogurt, a small amount of salt, and a lot of effort will be used to create an exceptionally simple and tasty homemade cheese. I discovered some sheep’s milk yogurt at the farmers’ market, but I’ve also successfully made this using standard cow’s milk yogurt. Compared to conventional cream cheese, the flavor is more delicious and tangy.

Reviews
excellent sauce, made it exactly as stated in the recipe
The best wing sauce my husband and I have ever had!!!!
This sauce is excellent. They only thing I would add is a bit of ginger. I used Sambal Chili garlic sauce in place of the chili flakes. I should have reduced my sauce a bit more than I did. In the future, I would make the sauce in advance and get it a bit thicker. Sweet, spicy, messy, and a bit addictive. Yum.
