Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 (270 g) tub PHILADELPHIA Herb & Garlic Cooking Creme Cream Cheese Product
  2. ½ cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  3. 3 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard, divided
  4. 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed

Instructions

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Cook and stir cooking creme, broth and 1 Tbsp. mustard in saucepan on medium heat 3 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  3. Brush fish with remaining mustard; grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with warm sauce.
  4. Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed asparagus, green beans or sugar snap peas.
  5. Use Your Oven: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. The baking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish fillets. Fish is done when white juices start appearing on the surface and fish flakes easily when pierced with fork.

Could only find the Garden Vegetable cream cheese so added fresh garlic to that. The cream cheese taste was good but the salmon was just okay. Needs a bit more of kick for us.

Great recipe for the sauce. Didn’t have the garlic herb cream cheese so I added herbs to regular cream cheese. It was still very tasty and creamy. Cooked my salmon from frozen (last minute dinner with what we had) but no matter it was very good.

I couldn’t find the cream cheese spread indicated in the recipe, so I substituted with Alouette’s garlic & herb cheese spread. What a mistake! The sauce did not complement the salmon. I will try the recipe again once I track down the recommended cheese spread.

Very good, will be making again for my husband and I! I couldn’t find the herb and garlic cooking creme so I simply used the garlic version I found. I added some sea salt before serving without realizing how salty it was naturally so I won’t be doing it again, but that was my mistake and overall I highly enjoyed it!
