Reviews
this is something i will try the next time i am asked to bring a salad for a family dinner. fun & whimsical & easy to assemble.
How do you eat it? Surely you don’t gnaw it on the stick. And if you slide it off into a bowl…. what’s the point? Whimsy?
This is definitely not Level: Easy! The veggies kept falling off because I skewered them in the wrong order, then I slipped and stabbed myself in the eye with the stick! Only high level gourmet chefs should attempt this tricky dish.
It is very handy!!!!!!!!
Actually I have been making this for years but to accomodate this salad, I also make Halibut on a Stick.
Awesome idea!!!! I love salads and this makes a fun and easy way to serve your guests. I ground up croutons, for those folks that love them, then they can roll their salad in the crouton if they like!!!!
I did only one layer of each veggie and home made blue cheese dressing. This was easy and a great finger party food. Nice in summer, light and easy to eat!
