Ingredients
- 2 fluid ounces dark rum, divided
- 2 (1 inch) cubes watermelon
- 1 cup ice, or as needed
- 6 fluid ounces peach-flavored sparkling water
Instructions
- Put 1 ounce rum in a jar or bowl. Add watermelon cubes, cover, and let sit until watermelon has absorbed the rum, at least 2 hours.
- Fill a glass with ice and add remaining 1 ounce rum. Add sparkling water, rum-infused watermelon, and any leftover soaking juices.
- I use Kraken(R) black-spiced rum and La Croix(R) sparkling water.
