It takes a little longer than 3-3/12 minutes per side for a good medium steak. I grilled mine 5-5/12 minutes with an internal temp of 150F
I was really excited for to make this seasoning for steaks-for some reason I did not care for it. 🙁 The flavor did not work for me. :/ Thank you for the recipe!! 🙂
Very good, the seasonings were incredible, they didn’t overpower the steak and accented it quite well. The cooking process was fun, but martians attacked me while preparing for the steak and I woke up 13 minutes later on the kitchen floor and martians eating my steak.
Amazing! This steak Rocks! Best in a long time. I did reduce the salt by half and loved it. I made a doubl- batch of the rub to have on hand. Yum!
This added a nice kick! Because my grill is currently snowed in I used my cast iron skillet instead and it turned out great.
Delicious- the turmeric was a unique addition!
Hey this was a great Steak I didn’t use all the ingredients that was listed in the recipe but it still turned out perfect.
Did as other reviewers and cut the salt in half. Used the rub on two occasions already. Plenty salty for me! May be a little spicy for some (cayenne pepper) but right up my ally. Cooked my T-Bones in the air flyer. Came out great! Would follow this recipe (sans salt) for rub again without hesitation.
Turned out great. Mouthwatering flavor made for great steaks.
Yummy! I also cut back a little on the salt. I had some leftover steak and it was even better the next day. Thinking I might try actually marinating next time.
Halved the salt and tumeric according to some reviewers. Was the most delicious steak I had ever made myself, completely blew me away. Will always use this from now on for finer cuts.
This was very easy and delicious. Can’t believe how quickly it was ready to eat. For us, the cayenne was a bit much. I will cut it to 1/2 teaspoon next time.
Really nice taste for T-bone steaks!
I followed someone else’s recommendations and used half the salt. I also didn’t have ground coriander or tumeric, so I left it out. After cooking it I melted butter on top. It was SOOOOO GOOD!! Husband approved! Cooked for 12 minutes in an air fryer. Perfect!
This was a great rub! I did halve the salt as recommended by others and added a little sazón seasoning to it. I also used a little olive oil to rub down the steaks too and get the spice rub to stick better. This is a keeper!
Husband loved it! I only used 1/2 t. Salt.
I used 3 T-Bone steaks (on sale at Kroger this week). Brushed with Olive Oil and sprinkled with Savory Sensation (Homemade Gourmet spice). Cooked over High Heat for 8 min total. Medium (some pieces had more red than others) Delicious!
most amazing blend for steaks family loved it
I have been using this recipe for years now, we all love it and use it on all kinds of steak and it even goes good on pork tenderloins
I made it without the coriander! It was fabulous!
Used half the salt. Best steaks!
