These are fantastic. I made them today and put them in my egg scramble along with the roasted garlic, roasted mushrooms, tomatoes and green onion. It was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Thank you.
This recipe is great, and the onions are wonderful eaten right after roasting and superb on a pizza the next day
I love roasting vegetables. I usually add various spices to the salt and pepper depending on what I’m serving with the dish (e.g.: add dill if fish – garlic and/or rosemary if steak but adding a pinch of sugar to the mix was delightful and certainly something I will use again! Thanks for the tip!
Really tasty and quick side dish. This was a sellout this evening when I made them.
SO GOOD! I just ate them as a side and was so suprised how one little red onion could taste SO GOOD when roasted! They got all browned and carmalize and yummy. I bet they would be phenominal on a sandwich or something too!
