Delicious, crisp outside and creamy inside.
It was good
Very yummy. Quartered potatoes take 40-50 minutes, not 20. Either they were pre-boiled (like others suggested) or cut into much smaller pieces than quarters (as one of the pictures suggest).
Really love these potatoes!! Easy, crispy and delicious!!
This is such a simple recipe yet it makes a good side dish for any meal! The only thing I would do differently next time is to spray the roasting pan to prevent the potatoes from sticking. Otherwise a good recipe!
Made these potatoes for the first time and loved ‘em!
Wonderful flavor and taste. Made as recipe suggested
These potatoes turned out so good! Very easy to make with the only real work being chopping up the potatoes, the rest was just waiting for them to cook. Simple ingredients that are pantry staples so no need to buy anything extra. Instead of roasting in 20 minutes it took about 35, but otherwise turned out great. Thank you for sharing your recipe, KIY!
I had to use a baking sheet since my pan was in use. It still worked well though the potatoes were not as crispy as they were when I used the pan.
The whole family eats with out complaint! Perfect.
Yummmm!!!!!
Very easy and tasty added fresh garlic ?? . Hubby was happy
Simple and delicious potatoes! Nothing too adventurous or creative here; just hearty, strong flavors that won’t take away from the taste of whatever your main course is. Quick and easy to make as well!
Love these! Quick, easy, and a crowd pleaser. Perfect to pair with a bbq or fish. Nice to bring to a party if asked for a side dish. I make these all the time now!
You had me at easy and delicious! Thanks for a killer recipe! I did add garlic powder, Italian seasoning and onion salt! Everyone raved about these roasted potatoes! 30 minutes was a perfect result for me! Thanks !
This is the best way to use up my potatoes…recommend to everyone, great flavor
Very good, very quick, very easy! Not the most interesting dish in the world and I think you could definitely improve it with some technique changes and more complex flavors but this is a great recipe overall!
I didn’t have red potatoes, so I used golden potatoes, And ground rosemary. I also used a gallon Ziplock bag to mix it all. Stirred about every 5 min. Turned out great!
I’ve made these following the recipe exactly and they are very good. Now however, I parboil, drain and shake them in the colander to rough them up a bit, then roast. They are very crispy and a huge hit with friends and family.
This is a good base recipe for potatoes. I recommend adding your favorite spices to get them some flavor.
Used fresh taragon instead of rosemary, but turned out awesome. The high heat made the outside crisp while the inside turned out just right
