Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
  2. 2 ounces framboise lambic (Belgian raspberry beer)
  3. Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a champagne flute or coupe glass, mix the champagne and lambic. Garnish with a raspberry or two and serve immediately.
