Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Boston Bibb lettuce
  2. 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 tablespoon aged red-wine vinegar
  5. 2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Divide Bibb lettuce leaves between 4 salad plates. Cover with thinly-sliced radishes, drizzle with olive oil and aged red wine vinegar, and sprinkle with blue cheese.

Pretty basic salad to get air time! Not that big of a deal. Sorry, but I have not been that impressed with the meals I have tried from your show. Bland flavor, incorrect cook times.
