Ingredients

  1. 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Elbows
  2. 2 slices crispy bacon, cut into strips
  3. 1 cup iceberg salad, shredded
  4. 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  5. 1 (4 ounce) grilled chicken breast, sliced
  6. 2 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
  7. ½ avocado, diced
  8. 3 green onions, chopped
  9. ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  10. ½ cup ranch-style dressing

Instructions

  1. Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent. Heat in the microwave for one minute; pour on a plate and let cool down.
  2. Toss pasta with all ingredients together in two individual serving bowls.
