Exactly what I was looking for. These rolls turned out perfect. I used bread flour because that’s what I had. I was thrown off by the wetness of the dough and added another 1/4 cup of flour. Couldnt believe they only took 10 min in the oven. These will become a staple at our house.

Came out perfect and now they are a family favorite for our Sunday dinners.

I have made these a couple of times now. We love these and now they are a must have in the house. They make great sandwich buns as well for us. The first time I made them I followed the recipe to a T. The next few times we wanted them a bit sweeter so I added more sugar. It’s the way we prefer them now. Yes the dough is on the sticky side but they come out so fluffy and delicious. There is only 2 of us in our home now so they make the perfect amount for us empty nesters. So simple and simply yummy. As far as the picture goes, not a full pan because they don’t last long.

Love this recipe. I substituted butter and they were amazingly fluffy and delicious!

I used butter instead of shortening Made them in a cake pan Absolutely amazing! So quick and easy. Other than the fact that cutting the dough and putting it into the pan was rather messy this recipe is fabulous. I’m going to experiment with baking them in a slightly larger pan so they maybe don’t stick together as much but this is going to be my new go to dinner roll for all of my dinner parties. Thank you Grandma!!!

When you say “muffin cups”, does that mean the paper or silicone singles, or a tin? From the pictures shown, it looks like what’s being used is a 9″ flat cake pan. Are the individual cups put in the pan and then baked in order to get that “roll” appearance? Thanks. Making these today for a holiday dinner.

Beginners level easy 😉 I nvr can stick to a recipe/ I ran out of AP flour so I used 2c breadflour + 1/4c Coconut flour & added 1/4t baking powder. Distracted by after-school activities, I over-Proofed & yet the rolls turned out like a muffin- delicious w/

Easy recipe but I think my yeast wasn’t fresh enough. They were kind of dense. The “dough” was very wet.

I had no trouble making these quick, easy rolls for my dinner tonight. My only substitution was butter instead of shortening and they came out just fine. I baked them as per the directions and my 8-year old grandson named them “bread-y muffins” when he smelled them. This is a nice simple recipe for tasty rolls that I plan to use often.

I think it was perfect for my first time making them! I didn’t have muffin cups or pan so they were not pretty at all but tasted amazing!!

Not the prettiest rolls I have ever made, but by far, the easiest and they were delicious! I love this recipe. Thank you! My son loved them and said I need to make more. 🙂
