We liked it but had to sub tomatoes ( don’t like cherry tomatoes) grated our own parmesan, made the dressing without sugar. We enjoyed it very much. I think next time I might add poached chicken or some chopped salami to make it a meal, cause it’s really good and easy , ( east on the wallet too)
This a great salad and the dressing really makes it. Always a hit. Making it tonight with a grilled ribeye.
Delicious! I love this dressing. Everyone I serve it to loves it. Olive Garden dressing isn’t even close. Make it homemade, it’s so simple.
The salad dressing is perfect! Will be my go to dressing from now on. I added a few more items to the salad to make it a meal. Shredded chicken, green olives and radishes.
Delicious! Definitely gave me Olive Garden vibes. Thanks Ree!
So good, it tastes exactly like Olive Garden. I did not use the dressing in this recipe. I bought the Olive Garden dressing. I have already made it twice. It is absolutely scrumptious!!
My family absolutely loves the dressing! So easy to make! I substitute dried parsley for fresh parsley (because it’s easier) and it still tastes great. One time I used lime juice instead of lemon (because I didn’t have lemon on hand) and it was still delicious!
With 2020 not allowing us to eat at restaurants, I wanted to replicate an Olive Garden meal for my adult children and their spouses. They think this is better than Olive Garden and get excited every time I make it

The ingredients for the dressing as written above are off. Watch the video for the correct amounts.
I love this salad! I threw in pepperoni and salami to take it to a whole new level of greatness. The salad dressing needed just a little more sugar for my taste buds but this is definitely better than Olive Garden.
I have loved a lot of Ree’s recipes and I love Greek salad (yes I know this is Italian), but man I REALLY didn’t like the dressing on this salad. It has the weirdest aftertaste. Not a keeper.
