Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  3. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  4. 2 large cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  5. Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling, optional

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil and some salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the cucumbers and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds if using.

Like the cucumber salad…as well…usually do itallian dress marinate with carrot peels and red onion…something new to try…love seasame
