Ingredients

  1. 1 pint blueberries
  2. 1 cup purple grapes
  3. 8 strawberries, unhulled
  4. 1 banana
  5. One pot Greek yogurt
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
  8. Ice

Instructions

  1. Put the blueberries, grapes, strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey and ice into blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.

Delicious! I made two changes: I don’t add any honey or sugar and I add kale. You don’t see it or taste it if you blend it well. You can also throw in a carrot or peeled apple. Kids will never know it’s there! Yum!!!!
