Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee

This pumpkin iced coffee is the ideal autumnal refresher.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cold brew coffee
  2. ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  3. 1 tablespoon milk
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
  5. ½ cup ice, or as needed
  6. 1 tablespoon whipped cream, or to taste
  7. ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, divided

Instructions

  1. Put cold brew, pumpkin puree, milk, syrup, and 3/4 of the pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup with ice, add whipped cream on top, and garnish with remaining pumpkin pie spice.
  3. You can use any milk and sweetener of your choice.

I doubled the maple syrup Cut back the pumpkin a little Increased the milk Added whipped cream I didn’t use sugar free ingredients After this it became a 5 star recipe

I used real maple syrup since I didn’t care about being sugar free. I thought it was a bit too much pumpkin; two tablespoons would have been plenty. Overall it was pretty yummy.
