Ingredients

  1. 2 cups mayonnaise
  2. 1 cup tomato ketchup
  3. 1/4 cup granulated garlic
  4. 1/4 cup minced garlic
  5. 3 tablespoons Sofrito, recipe follows
  6. 2 tablespoons adobo seasoning
  7. 2 tablespoons Cajun spice
  8. 2 tablespoons granulated onion
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  11. 1/2 onion
  12. 1 onion, sliced
  13. 1 green bell pepper, stemmed and seeded
  14. 2 cups sweet mini peppers, stemmed
  15. 1 cup whole or minced garlic
  16. 8 bunches cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, granulated garlic, minced garlic, Sofrito, adobo seasoning, Cajun spice, granulated onion, cayenne, black pepper and onion in a blender. Blend to an even consistency.
  2. Combine the onion, bell pepper, sweet peppers, garlic and cilantro in a blender. Blend to an even consistency, 30 seconds.
