Pistachio Marzipan

a delectable marzipan made with pistachios and almonds. It is really nutty and delicious. Use just like you would with marzipan from the store.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ¾ cups blanched almonds
  2. 1 cup shelled unsalted, unroasted pistachios
  3. 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
  5. water as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine almonds and pistachios in a food processor; pulse until finely ground. Add confectioners’ sugar and orange blossom water and just enough water to form a smooth paste. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate.
