Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  2. 2 ounces pineapple juice
  3. 6 ounces champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and top each with 3 ounces champagne.
  3. Chill pineapple prior to blending.
