Ingredients

  1. 6 ounces white rum
  2. 4 ounces mango juice
  3. 4 ounces pineapple juice
  4. 2 ounces lime juice
  5. Soda water, for serving
  6. 3 sprigs fresh mint
  7. 3 pineapple wedges

Instructions

  1. To a large cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the rum, mango juice, pineapple juice and lime juice. Vigorously shake, then strain into 3 highball glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with soda water and garnish each with a mint sprig and pineapple wedge.

Needed to add a bit more mango and pineapple juice because the lime was overwhelming, but the end result was delicious!
