Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 jarred piquillo pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
- 10 dill pickle slices, chopped
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Beat the mayonnaise and cream cheese with a stand mixer until combined. Stir in the cheddar by hand until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the piquillo, banana peppers and dill pickles. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve with crackers.
