Pickled Okra Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  1. 4 pickled okra spears, brine reserved
  2. 4 pimiento-stuffed green olives
  3. 4 lime wedges
  4. 4 sport peppers
  5. 4 cups tomato juice
  6. 1 cup vodka
  7. 1/2 cup brine from the jar of pickled okra
  8. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  9. 6 dashes hot sauce
  10. 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon horseradish

Instructions

  1. For the garnish skewers: Stack each of 4 skewers with an okra spear, olive, lime wedge and sport pepper.
  2. For the bloody Mary: Add tomato juice, vodka, brine, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire and horseradish to a pitcher. Stir vigorously to combine. Pour into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with skewers.
