Ingredients

  1. One 10.75-ounce store-bought pound cake loaf
  2. 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  3. Butterscotch chips and chocolate sprinkles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the pound cake into 1 1/2-inch-thick slices. Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 12 cake circles. Transfer the cake circles to mini cupcake liners; reserve the cake trimmings for another use. Working quickly, scoop vanilla ice cream onto each cake circle and make different kitten faces by using butterscotch chips for eyes and chocolate sprinkles for whiskers. Serve immediately or store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
