Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  2. 2 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  5. 3 tablespoons boiling water
  6. 3/4 cup hot steamed milk or almond milk
  7. A pinch of cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, sugar and instant espresso in a large mug with the boiling water until no lumps remain. Mix in the milk and top with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired.

I hate to say…. I didn’t care for this. Granted, I used steamed almond milk and it could be the reason. I didn’t think almond milk flavor went well with coffee and cocoa.

Responding to some of the comments above, based on the recipe, 3 tablespoons of mix should do it for a serving.

i followed her instructions on tv and made a full jar.  I added 1 T to an 8oz mug hot milk, it was not enough.  She did not show how to make it by the mug, only by the jar. anyone else try it by the mug??
