Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 3/4 cup hot steamed milk or almond milk
- A pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Whisk together the peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, sugar and instant espresso in a large mug with the boiling water until no lumps remain. Mix in the milk and top with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired.

Sorry Molly this was awful. Felt like I wasted my money buying the ingredients. Won’t make this again.
I hate to say…. I didn’t care for this. Granted, I used steamed almond milk and it could be the reason. I didn’t think almond milk flavor went well with coffee and cocoa.
Responding to some of the comments above, based on the recipe, 3 tablespoons of mix should do it for a serving.
i followed her instructions on tv and made a full jar. I added 1 T to an 8oz mug hot milk, it was not enough. She did not show how to make it by the mug, only by the jar. anyone else try it by the mug??
sounds delish, but if you make a jar full, how much for 1 mug?? does anyone know?
