This is my main smoothie recipe now. also, I think it is very healthy, and I replace 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

It was a very nice smoothie! A nice summer time drink. The only changes I made was I added two ice cubes and reduced the honey to 1 and a half tablespoons. Overall a nice recipe!

Very nice and creamy. I cut the amount of honey in half and it was still sweet enough. I would make two servings next time for one smoothie.

Great recipe! Wow! I used one banana, chopped it into chunks, and set it in the freezer for about 30 minutes before putting it in the blender. I used 1/2 cup skim milk, somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 cup honey peanut butter (Peter Pan brand), 1 ice cube, and about 1 teaspoon of honey. The smoothie was cool, sweet (but not too sweet), and thick. Very nice! I will definitely make this again, especially in the summer! *You will need to double or even triple this recipe if you want to serve multiple people. As it is now, it makes a little over a cup, nearly two.

I made this into a smoothie bowl, so I didn’t use ice or freeze the bananas. Because it was a smoothie bowl, my smoothie came out browner than the one in the picture. And call me weird, but I liked it better without the honey.

Delicious! I had to add a little more milk to thin it out a bit and to get the blender moving. I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder, skipped the honey because it was sweet enough for me, and added a little Nutella. Yummy smoothie! UPDATE: Made for the second time this week, but this time I used a protein nut (almond/cashew) milk — it turned out excellent!

It was awesome

This was a GREAT smoothie! Absolutely delicious. I usually dislike peanut butter but this was thick, creamy, and filled me up until lunch time! It has become my knew thing, I eat it for breakfast every morning. I didn’t do the honey (too sweet) and instead I added an 1/8 cup oats and it was delicious!

I liked it. I put Nutella and left out the honey but it was still sweet but with more milk it was nice. Next time I will not put Nutella and instead put 2 packets of Truvia and just the peanut butter, milk and banana.

super good so good the goodiest there can be

I found it tasted too much like banana so I added another tbsp of peanut butter. It was nowhere near cold enough and far too runny so I blended in ice cubes to remedy this. I will give this one more shot and will take others’ advice and freeze the banana slices first before blending.

This recipe was great! I added about a 1/4 cup of peanut butter because I wanted more of that taste rather than banana, and it turned out good. This is a great base recipe that one could add almost anything, and it would work. I will definitely make this again – and often! Thank you for the recipe, Diane!

I have been really into smoothies lately and tried making this because I was craving a sweeter milk based drink. I was not a fan. My bananas were super ripe so just put in 1 not 2 honey, I also put in some ice to make it colder. The texture is very runny and this is not a thick smoothie. I still found it was too sweet. Its a bit of an odd taste. Wouldn’t make it again.

Two bananas, add ice

This is soooooo good. As a kid I had peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwiches, so I guess this one is right up my alley. I will continue to make this one.

This is super delicious. It is really thick & creamy. I’ve made this a few times now and I think I prefer it with half the peanut butter and adding several ice cubes and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Also, I added a T of milled flax seed. Although all the ingredients are all super healthy – this is actually pretty high in calories – so just be aware if you are counting calories . Them again all nut butters are high in calories so that probably goes without saying. Either way, it’s really delicious and super filling if made as is! 🙂

I added no honey, a little extra peanut butter and a frozen banana with a couple of ice cubes and it came out amazing
