The fruity martini that results from this recipe is fantastic! Add a cherry or fresh pineapple wedge as a garnish.

I made it just as the recipe states and it was delicious. I do not care for chicken breast, but this good and tender. Thank you!
This came out wonderfully! Like a crispy, tender adult flavored version of a chicken nugget. Try it!
I didn’t have Italian seasoning, so I used 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp basil. It turned out great. Everyone liked it.
dry, lacks strong flavor, but crunchy
This was absolutely delicious and so easy!
This was really good! I used all the ingredients, but I jumped ahead of the recipe. I added all the ingredients together except the egg. I did put tenders in egg before the flour mixture. Was great by itself, but I did make some honey mustard. ( honey, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cayenne pepper).
DELICIOUS. I used the chicken to make chicken parmesan and it was amazing.
I made it exactly as written. It was very good. Crispy on outside, juicy on inside and looked exactly like the picture! It was easy to make, as I already had a pkg of chicken tenders in the fridge. I would make it again, except that I would use real minced garlic and mix the garlic in with the egg – I think it would give it some more zing. My tenders were too big for an appetizer….I cut it up and put it on a salad. It would be good on top of spaghetti and sauce.
No I didn’t make any changes and they were a hit!
